5 critical problems. All happening at once.

Thin Content

All pages had minimal, low-quality content that failed to rank or engage users.

Orphan Pages

90+ pages with zero internal links invisible to both users and crawlers

Crawling Issues

Googlebot couldn't crawl key pages due to robots.txt and structural errors

Indexing Failures

New service pages took weeks to index and delaying rankings.

Not Responsive

Mobile UX completely broken a critical ranking factor Google penalises

6 months of consistent, compounding growth.

Starting from a site with near-zero organic presence, the results below represent organic growth achieved purely through technical fixes and strategic content despite a slow initial phase caused by theme and indexing constraints.

Reading the Graph

The flat early phase (Oct–Dec 2025) reflects the crawling and indexing delays new pages weren’t being picked up by Google. From Jan 2026 onwards, after technical fixes took effect, impressions began rising sharply and consistently, with both clicks and impressions hitting new highs by March 2026.

A website built on a broken foundation.

ARN Innovation Technology had a live website, but it was functionally invisible to search engines and uninviting to users. Here’s exactly what the site looked like when I took it on and what it looks like now.

Before - Oct 2025

After - Mar 2026

Fix the foundation first. Then build on top.

Unlike a typical SEO campaign where you jump straight to content, this project required a technical-first approach. You can’t rank content on a site that Google can’t crawl or index.

SEO Tactics Deployed

Phase 1 · Oct 2025

Deep Technical Audit

Full site crawl using Screaming Frog + GSC. Identified all orphan pages, crawl errors, indexing gaps, robots.txt issues, and mobile rendering failures. Documented a prioritised fix list.

Phase 2 · Oct – Nov 2025

Technical Fixes Implemented

Fixed robots.txt, submitted XML sitemap, resolved redirect chains, built internal linking across all orphan pages, and coordinated mobile responsiveness fix with the dev team.

Phase 3 · Nov – Dec 2025

Content Overhaul + Blogs

Rewrote all thin service pages with depth, keyword intent, and proper structure. Launched a blog strategy targeting Dubai IT and digital marketing queries to expand organic reach.

Phase 4 · Jan – Mar 2026

Consistent Growth Phase

Technical fixes fully indexed. Impressions and clicks began rising sharply. New service pages now indexed within days, not weeks. Growth is now month-on-month compounding.

Why growth was slow early and what changed.

The flat performance in Q4 2025 wasn’t a failure it was expected. Technical SEO fixes take time for Google to process. Here’s the honest breakdown of each phase.

Phase 1: Slow Start

Oct–Dec 2025. Despite fixes being implemented, Googlebot needed time to re-crawl and re-evaluate the site. New pages submitted but indexing delayed by theme structure issues.

Phase 2: Taking Hold

Jan 2026. Crawl budget normalised. Sitemap fully processed. Internal links began passing equity. Pages started ranking for target keywords impressions spike visible in Google search console.

Phase 3: Consistent Growth

Feb–Mar 2026. Clear upward trend in both clicks and impressions. Click Through Rate of 3.4% well above the industry average shows content relevance and strong title/meta optimisation.

The Bigger Picture

3.4% CTR is exceptional  Google’s average organic CTR across all positions is 1.9%. This means the content titles and meta descriptions are highly relevant and compelling to searchers. Combined with impressions consistently hitting 600–900/day in March 2026, the site is now positioned for accelerating growth as domain authority builds further.

Technical SEO is the real foundation.

Fix Before You Publish

Publishing content on a broken site is wasted effort. Crawl issues and orphan pages must be resolved first otherwise Google simply won't find or rank your pages regardless of quality.

Patience Is a Strategy

The slow early phase wasn't failure it was Google re-learning the site. Communicating this to clients and staying the course is a critical skill for any SEO professional.

Internal Links Are Underrated

Connecting 90+ orphan pages immediately distributed link equity across the entire site a free ranking boost that most overlook in favour of backlink building.

CTR Proves Content Quality

A 3.4% CTR nearly double the industry average validates that well-written meta titles and descriptions drive clicks even before rankings fully mature.
