All pages had minimal, low-quality content that failed to rank or engage users.
90+ pages with zero internal links invisible to both users and crawlers
Googlebot couldn't crawl key pages due to robots.txt and structural errors
New service pages took weeks to index and delaying rankings.
Mobile UX completely broken a critical ranking factor Google penalises
Starting from a site with near-zero organic presence, the results below represent organic growth achieved purely through technical fixes and strategic content despite a slow initial phase caused by theme and indexing constraints.
The flat early phase (Oct–Dec 2025) reflects the crawling and indexing delays new pages weren’t being picked up by Google. From Jan 2026 onwards, after technical fixes took effect, impressions began rising sharply and consistently, with both clicks and impressions hitting new highs by March 2026.
ARN Innovation Technology had a live website, but it was functionally invisible to search engines and uninviting to users. Here’s exactly what the site looked like when I took it on and what it looks like now.
Unlike a typical SEO campaign where you jump straight to content, this project required a technical-first approach. You can’t rank content on a site that Google can’t crawl or index.
Phase 1 · Oct 2025
Phase 2 · Oct – Nov 2025
Phase 3 · Nov – Dec 2025
Phase 4 · Jan – Mar 2026
The flat performance in Q4 2025 wasn’t a failure it was expected. Technical SEO fixes take time for Google to process. Here’s the honest breakdown of each phase.
Oct–Dec 2025. Despite fixes being implemented, Googlebot needed time to re-crawl and re-evaluate the site. New pages submitted but indexing delayed by theme structure issues.
Jan 2026. Crawl budget normalised. Sitemap fully processed. Internal links began passing equity. Pages started ranking for target keywords impressions spike visible in Google search console.
Feb–Mar 2026. Clear upward trend in both clicks and impressions. Click Through Rate of 3.4% well above the industry average shows content relevance and strong title/meta optimisation.
A 3.4% CTR is exceptional Google’s average organic CTR across all positions is 1.9%. This means the content titles and meta descriptions are highly relevant and compelling to searchers. Combined with impressions consistently hitting 600–900/day in March 2026, the site is now positioned for accelerating growth as domain authority builds further.
Publishing content on a broken site is wasted effort. Crawl issues and orphan pages must be resolved first otherwise Google simply won't find or rank your pages regardless of quality.
The slow early phase wasn't failure it was Google re-learning the site. Communicating this to clients and staying the course is a critical skill for any SEO professional.
Connecting 90+ orphan pages immediately distributed link equity across the entire site a free ranking boost that most overlook in favour of backlink building.
A 3.4% CTR nearly double the industry average validates that well-written meta titles and descriptions drive clicks even before rankings fully mature.
Drive targeted traffic, improve rankings, and turn your website into a powerful growth engine with strategic SEO.
