SEO Case Study: NATCO



Project Overview
NAT Contracting (also known as NATCO) is a Dubai-based company providing design authority approvals, fit-out services, architectural services, and interior design solutions.
The website was newly developed and required structured SEO implementation to establish organic visibility in a competitive local market.
Problem Statement
The website was newly launched with several limitations affecting its organic performance:
Only 4 basic pages with no clear service-focused structure
Core services were not properly defined or optimized
Website layout lacked clarity and responsiveness
No initial SEO foundation or keyword targeting in place
SEO Objective
The primary objectives were:
Conduct an initial SEO audit to identify technical issues
Perform keyword research for core services
Create dedicated service pages for all major offerings
Improve website structure, content clarity, and on-page optimization
Increase impressions and clicks through organic search
My Role & Responsibilities
As the SEO Executive, I was responsible for handling the complete SEO execution, including:
Website audit and technical SEO improvements
Keyword research and service-based keyword mapping
On-page SEO for existing and newly created pages
Content optimization aligned with search intent
Image optimization, internal linking, and sitemap implementation
Monitoring performance through Google Search Console
SEO Strategy Applied
The SEO strategy was executed in a structured and phased manner:
Initial site audit to identify technical and structural gaps
Keyword research using industry-relevant and location-based terms
Competitor analysis to identify top-ranking pages and keyword opportunities
Creation of 4 separate service pages for core services
Content writing and optimization with proper keyword placement
Image optimization with descriptive alt text
Implementation of schema, sitemap, and internal linking
Results Achieved
After consistent optimization over a two-month period, the website showed steady growth:
180 total clicks recorded
2.42K total impressions achieved
7.5% average CTR
Improved visibility for branded and service-related keywords
Multiple service pages started gaining impressions in Google Search
Key Takeaway
This project reinforced the importance of building a strong SEO foundation for new websites. Proper service page structure, keyword-driven content, and technical clarity can help even newly launched websites start gaining visibility and traction within a short period when SEO is implemented consistently and strategically.
